MDB Bills Sync is an internal tool owned and operated by Merge Design Build Inc. ("MDB"). It is provided solely for use by MDB and its employees in connection with MDB's own QuickBooks Online account. It is not licensed, sold or made available to any other person or company.
Only authorized MDB employees may use the tool, and only for MDB business. Users must keep their Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks sign-ins confidential.
The tool reads information from MDB's QuickBooks Online account as described in the MDB Bills Sync Privacy Policy. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's terms of service.
The tool is provided "as is". MDB may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time. Payment decisions are made by MDB staff, not by the tool.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
